About Veronica J. White, Attorney

Veronica J. White graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in May, 2003. After a strenuous study as an undergraduate student at Eastern Michigan University as well as a positive LSAT score and strong referrals, she was accepted to Thomas M. Law School without a degree in January, 2000.

Veronica, having had negative experiences as a family law client, decided that there was room for improvement in the field. It is her fundamental belief that an attorney with both personal and professional family law experience can better understand their clients' positions. Veronica knows that trust in your attorney is pivotal.

Though her office is based in Washtenaw County, Veronica also practices in Jackson, Wayne, Lenawee, Monroe, Livingston, Ingham, Oakland, Kalamazoo, Calhoun, St. Clair, Macomb, Eaton, and Branch Counties. Call or email today for a free 30-minute phone, Zoom, or in-person consultation.

News & Publications

Veronica wrote a book titled Michigan Family Law: An Insider's Map of the Minefield and her book was favorably reviewed by a law professor in the Michigan Bar Journal (August, 2023 edition). This book is written for persons without a legal background who would like a simplist explanation of legal terms and some proceedings involved within a family law case. The book in both paperback and electronic format can be ordered at Barnes and Noble, Amazon, Walmart, and other online sites.

Veronica wrote for the Manchester Enterprise. She wrote several articles over the course of 2003-2012 and won a Michigan Press Award in 2007. Though at times controversial, the articles primarily focused on local problems within the legal system.
